With her whopping 44 years of experience, she has made invaluable contributions in business development, operations and administration department. A resourceful and dynamic individual, Jaswinder brings a plethora of experience with more than 34 years of working and expertise in HR compliance. Her in-depth knowledge of compliance and timely interventions along with an eye for detail, has contributed significantly in the organization’s steady growth. Astutely involved in developing and implementing improvement plans, Jaswinder’s strengths lies in devising strategies that aids different departments to continuously improve. Amit PandeyAVP – Operations, Municipal Services

With over 18 years of rich experience in steering critical projects, Amit has proved his mettle in the field of Solid Waste management with outcome-oriented approach towards business development and project management which has significantly contributed to the organization’s growth. His Six Sigma Green Belt certificate has enabled him to effectively resolve challenges that stigmatize operations. He has garnered his extensive experience from prestigious organizations like, Antony Waste Handling Private Limited, Metro Waste Handling Private Limited, Eco Green Energy Private Limited, and IL&FS Environmental Infrastructure Service Limited. Amit is a M. Tech in Geophysics and a Post Graduate in Remote sensing & GIS from Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, Dehradun.

Manisha is a graduate and diploma holder in Hospitality with an experience of 14 years in the service industry. She has been associated with many reputed companies within the facilities management domain throughout the span of her career. She is someone who has moved up the corporate ladder with sheer dedication and commitment to excellence. Within her professional capacity at LSL, she is responsible for developing and maintaining smooth business relations and service delivery for the facilities management division of Lion Services Limited.

Zorawar SinghGM – Engineering Services

Zorawar has been spearheading the department flawlessly with his robust experience acquired over a period of 20 years in Service planning & control, Service budgets & Service revenue including AMC business, Customer service.

He is managing a team of over 100 members, he has systematically aligned his team to minimize the operational expenses and reduce the service TAT.

He has been associated with prestigious organizations like Sony India Pvt. Ltd., Su-Kam Power Systems Ltd., Kone Elevator India Pvt. Ltd.
